Mark has tutored 2 of my children in math over the past 4 years including algebra, trigonometry and pre-calculus. He has done both individual and group sessions and been very accommodating to personal schedules to allow test reviews on the day before a test. Mark has tutored all three of my sons in different math classes, including Calculus. My kids are pretty smart but none are particularly gifted in math. Mark guided them through their math courses with great patience and understanding. He made math interesting for them. He tailored his tutoring to each son's personality and ability level. He made himself available to them often and was very flexible with his session scheduling. I highly recommend Mark as a tutor. My son was struggling in pre-calculus (we didn't find out until more than half-way through the semester) and Mark was able to give him a better understanding of the subject which brought his grade up.
